Rules & Regulations

Violation of the Rules and Regulation of the institution may result any necessary action/ steps/ punishment by the college authority or council.
All payment (Such as Fees and others) should be made on or before the date notified by the authority.
Amount once paid towards admission/ any other purposes is not refundable under any circumstances.
All candidates are expected to follow the code of conduct of the institute as prescribed from time to time.
Refrain from possessing, consuming or distributing alcohol, harmful drugs, illegal narcotics ,Pan Parags, chewing gums or smoking cigarettes.
Any act of academic dishonesty, misconduct, indiscipline, violence by any student, destruction of property of DMCET will be considered as an offence against the institute and such student will be debarred from further studies at DMCET.
Wrong information or misrepresented facts in what so ever manner will disqualify the applicant from Admission to DMCET.
DMCET reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations.
Do not collect money from co- students for any purpose without the knowledge of college authorities.
Dress code is mandatory for all students.
Student can not undergo any other course (regular basis) in other Institution during his/her study in DMCET.
Student will make their own arrangement for his/her accommodation in case Hostel Facility is not available.
Ragging is strictly prohibited as per law and is punishable offence with a fine and imprisonment.
Student must obey the Rules & Regulation of Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh.
Attendance norms are strictly adhered to. Late arrival and early departure at or from a class are recorded as absence from the class for period concerned.
